To Be Thankful!

Something to be thankful for!
Is Gods Glory he has shown!
Do not doubt him for many things!
Praise him for the gifts he brings!
He can light a place in your heart!
Take your stand,Let's get smart!
Taking time to guide your way!
Talks to us while we pray!
He had gave his only son!
To me and you he is the one!
The Heavens' opened up their gates!
While lightning struck to get us awake!
Jesus gave his life for us!
Just believe and show him trust!
The Angels took him from the tree!
To set his spirit up and free!
Waiting for his Fathers voice!
Come to him and show rejoice!
Silence came from people there!
When skies turned gray and clouds drew near!
And when the Savior was finally down!
People gathered all from town!
Took his body from where it laid!
Wrapped it up in cloth that day!
Put it in a hollow place!
Three days later there was Grace!
Jesus had risen from his tomb!
Because he told us he'd return!
That is what I'm thankful for!
Because he's our Savior,God and Lord!
