If Christ tarries His coming.
If I am permitted to see
The start of a brand new day
What will it mean to me?
Will I take for granted
This time given me?
Will I waste it,
Or will I use it wisely?
Will I stop to help
A hurting one along the way?
Will I take the time with
A little child to play?
Will I share the Gospel?
What a story to tell!
How we can have Heaven
And not have to go to hell.
Dear God, please hear me
As I humbly pray.
Let me be a blessing
To someone each and every day!
